1. Pairing your Apple Watch

No separate login, no account linking. Your Apple Watch connects to ROXFIT automatically as long as it's paired to the same iPhone.

What you need:

iPhone with ROXFIT installed
Apple Watch paired to the same iPhone
ROXFIT Watch app installed (it comes bundled with the iOS app, you may just need to confirm installation)

Steps:

Open ROXFIT on your iPhone
Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner
Tap Devices or Add Device
Select Apple Watch. ROXFIT will detect and register it automatically

Watch not showing up? Make sure it's paired to your iPhone in the Watch app, within Bluetooth range, and that the ROXFIT Watch app is installed. Check under My Watch > Installed on Apple Watch.

1. Connecting ROXFIT to Garmin

ROXFIT connects to Garmin via Garmin Connect using a secure OAuth link. A one-time setup, then it's done. What you need:

A Garmin watch
A Garmin Connect account
ROXFIT installed on your phone

Steps:

Open ROXFIT, go to the Profile page and tap the settings icon in the top-right corner
Tap Connected Apps & Devices
Select Garmin
You'll be redirected to the Garmin Connect sign-in page
Log in with your Garmin Connect credentials
Make sure both permission toggles are switched to ON (both are needed)
Tap Agree to authorise ROXFIT
You'll be redirected back to ROXFIT with a confirmation

1. Finding your race results

Search any HYROX race result by athlete name (yours or anyone else's if you just want to be nosy).

Go to the Races view and tap the Events tab
Tap the search bar at the top
Type the athlete's name (this will have to match what was entered into the HYROX ticket in order to show)
Results appear grouped by name. Tap any result to open the full detail You can also search from the Home feed by tapping the Search bar and clicking the Search races icon in the options row.

2. Understanding your result

The race result page is a complete breakdown of your performance from station to station, not just a finish time.

What you'll see before an event:

Athlete info: name, division, age group, race name
Status: Upcoming, Live, or Completed

What ROXFIT connects to

ROXFIT integrates with five platforms. Each connection is built specifically for how HYROX athletes train and race, not bolted on for the sake of a longer feature list.

Garmin

Does ROXFIT work with Garmin? Yes.

Connect your Garmin account inside ROXFIT and two things happen. First, you can push ROXFIT workouts directly to your Garmin device so you can run them from your wrist on race day or in the gym. Second, completed activities sync back into ROXFIT automatically, building your training history without manual entry.

1. Download and sign up

Grab ROXFIT from the App Store or Google Play. Open it, swipe through the intro, tap Sign Up. Email and password, or Google or Apple — your call. We'll ask for your name, gender, and date of birth. That's it. You're in before your pre-workout kicks in.

2. Make it yours

After sign-up, you'll see an Account Setup card on your Profile section. This nudges you to finish your profile, but nothing here is mandatory. 1. What is athlete tracking?

Track any HYROX athlete through every stage of their race. Whether they're on the start list, mid-course, or already finished. You'll see their live status, station splits, and overall and age group rankings as the race unfolds. Worth knowing: you track individual race entries, not athlete profiles. That means you can follow the same person across multiple events, or track several athletes at the same race. Each entry is its own card. Important: You will need to enable push notifications to have the updates sent automatically to your device.

2. Adding an athlete to track

From the Home feed, you can discover athletes racing this weekend. Tap the Track button
Or from the Races tab, tap the search bar
Type in the name of the athlete you wish to track
Select the race you wish to track them in
Tap Track race

That's it. They're on your Home feed under *Tracked athletes
